A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description

Looking for a per-diem pediatric Speech-language pathologist (6-8 hours a week) to join our small practice. A strong candidate who can work independently and who will be able to implement evidence-based practices for children with language and speech sound disorders, as well as children on the autism spectrum or with feeding difficulties. Candidates should have experience providing therapy to children of all ages (including toddlers through school-aged).

Experience:
3+ years preferred Feeding Therapy experience with picky eaters and ARFID clients is preferred.
License/Certification:
CCC in Speech-Language Pathology, MA license (Required)
Insurance Credentialing:
The hours for the per diem position will begin gradually due to the insurance credentialing process.
