We are looking for a dedicated, innovative, and adaptable Speech and Language Pathologist for our Summer Program to help enrich the learning experience of our students. For over 50 years, Concord Area Special Education (CASE) Collaborative has been an educational service organization that allows school districts to plan, develop, and implement programs for students with special needs. It affords school districts the opportunity to augment local services and provide a continuum of special education programs through collaboration with member school districts. The appropriate candidate should have experience in both the evaluation and treatment of students with speech and language disorders in students ages 3 to 21. The 2026 ESY Program runs from July 6, 2026 through August 7, 2026 (32.5 hours per week), and is located in Acton and/or Concord. The SLP position is only required for 2 days a week. The weekly ESY schedule will be Monday thru Thursday from 7:30a to 2:30p, and Friday from 7:30a to 12:00n. Orientation will take place at 8:00am on July 1, 2026 and July 2, 2026.Salary:
The weekly salary for this position is from $1,387.10 (for unlicensed applicant) to $1,438.45 (for a licensed applicant).Job Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group speech/language therapy to students with identified communication disorders in the areas of receptive language, expressive language, pragmatic language, articulation, fluency, voice, and/or medically diagnosed hearing impairment. Assess and maintain data on progress of all students on caseload and differentiate student goals and instruction accordingly. Select appropriate therapy programs and methodologies, plan, and implement therapy that matches students' IEP goals and objectives. Complete data informed progress reports for all students, according to schedules set by Collaborative, host school, and special education regulations. Consult with parents/guardians, classroom teachers, other therapists, special educators, school nurses, and teaching assistants regarding students' speech/language development and the impact of their speech/language needs on their academic and social performance. Maintain and use adaptive equipment and materials (e.g., FM systems for students with hearing impairments). Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Program Administrator.Miscellaneous:
