Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support a single PK-5 school site during a maternity leave coverage. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about helping students enhance their communication skills in a supportive educational environment near Dracut, MA.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP licensure for school setting in Massachusetts ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) Experience working with preschool through grade 5 preferred Ability to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy services to students from pre-kindergarten through grade 5 in accordance with IEP goals Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and document findings Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Consult with classroom teachers and other school staff to support student progress Maintain accurate records and comply with district and state documentation requirements Serve as a resource to parents and staff regarding speech and language development
