Desired Qualifications:
Valid Massachusetts SLP license required
SLP - CCC, SLP
- CFY, or strong background in school-based SLP Experience or passion for working with elementary-aged students Effective communication and collaborative skills Ability to adapt in new environments and multi-task efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized and group speech-language services for elementary students Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor student progress Employ evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs Maintain documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
