Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Discover an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of K-8 students as a direct hire Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a supportive school-based setting near Lynn, MA. This position runs from August 10, 2026, through June 18, 2027, providing you with a structured academic calendar while working 35 hours per week across five days.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Massachusetts ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) acceptable Experience or strong interest in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings Passion for supporting students' communication and language needs Excellent collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students in grades K-8 Provide direct SLP therapy services in both individual and group settings Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to tailor interventions and support student growth Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress, and interventions Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to support students' educational journeys Foster a positive, engaging therapy environment that encourages student participation and progress Enjoy access to a range of ProCare benefits, including highly competitive compensation thoughtfully designed for direct hires.
