Job Description

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by providing speech and language services in a dynamic school environment on a contract basis. Take this opportunity to work closely with students, educators, and families to foster academic growth and communication skills.
Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered Previous school-based or pediatric experience is highly desirable Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services in both group and individual settings Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of student progress Partner with teachers and other specialists to create engaging learning experiences Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and family consultations Support the social and academic integration of students with communication challenges This rewarding contract role offers the opportunity to thrive in an inclusive school environment committed to student success.
