Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
The Company:

The Position:
We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide evaluation, treatment, and ongoing support to participants as part of an interdisciplinary care team. B Retirement Plan Continuing Education/CEU Reimbursement License Renewal Reimbursement Disability & Life Insurance Responsibilities:
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm Outpatient Clinic•Going into the community / homes as needed Complete speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver appropriate interventions Document all services per organizational standards Provide education to participants, families, and caregivers Participate in care planning meetings and collaborate with the medical team Assist with process improvements, policies, and workflow development Must be able to pass a respirator fit test (no facial hair interfering with seal) Local travel as needed
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Massachusetts SLP License At least 1 year of experience working with the elderly Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications COVID vaccination preferred Please Apply HERE or Send Updated Resume to Haylee@theipgteam.com
