Speech & Language Pathologist ~ Elementary

Provide speech/language services through data-driven assessment and targeted interventions for students in grades 1-5 through collaboration, consultation, and direct service models. The successful SLP candidate will have experience in the following: 1. Completing comprehensive evaluations of student language, pragmatic, and articulation needs based on a student's school participation across curriculum contexts 2. Completing timely paperwork related to evaluations, progress monitoring, measurable annual goals/objectives, and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) 3. Consulting with special educators, classroom teachers, parents, specialists, and other Team members regarding progress, interventions, and other recommendations. 4. Facilitating the programming and implementation of student use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices through collaboration and training with educators, paraeducators, other related services providers, and families. 5. Providing inclusive and whole group interventions using a Response to Intervention (RtI) model, when appropriate. 6. Provide social skills and pragmatic interventions and support school-wide social thinking curriculum 7. Perform other duties as reasonably required
