You'll see kids in person — in their homes, schools, and everyday community settings, never virtually. Catalyst Cohort :
a 6-week program for providers who want a part-time, hyper local caseload. We fund your outreach, coach you through building local partnerships, and hand you a proven playbook to build a caseload that's yours to keep. Every school you connect with, every referral partner you land, becomes a lasting source of patients long after the six weeks end. There's no fee to get started — we actually pay you to do this. What you'll do Provide Speech-Language Pathology evaluations and treatment to pediatric patients in their homes, schools, and everyday environments — from articulation and language delays to feeding, fluency, and AAC. Alongside your clinical caseload, you'll spend the 6-week cohort building local relationships — with support from a dedicated coach — through private school partnerships, pediatric referral networks, and local community and business connections.
