Full-time employees receive: Competitive Pay Eligible to earn up to $5,000 productivity bonus each year Generous PTO 13 paid holidays Medical, dental, vision and MORE Salary range: $63,024 - $81,120 annually Meeting Street is currently looking for a Speech Language Pathologist in Early Intervention working 40 hours weekly.
Duties:
Assess the functional capabilities of children ages 0-3 relative to their age-appropriate milestones for potential developmental delays or developmental risk factors. Provide individual home-based and virtual services for a caseload of families with a wide range of racial backgrounds, cultures, religions, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, gender identity and abilities with understanding of how their life experiences may be impacted by social determinants. Collaborate with the family to develop goals to address the child's development that fit into their daily routines and play. Teach and coach caregivers to integrate strategies into the family's daily routines to aid in the child meeting major developmental milestones. Continuously assess the progress of your clients and collaboratively adjust the plan as needed. Consult and partner with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Nurses and Social Workers. Ensure that all events and documentation are completed within the program's required timelines. Meeting Street believes the dignity of each person is paramount.
