Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Current Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License required Previous experience with pediatric or school-based SLP services a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for diverse communication needs Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation practices
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, individualized speech and language therapy to preschool students Evaluate and develop treatment plans tailored to support each child's unique needs Collaborate with educators and parents to promote optimal student progress Maintain clear documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment As part of this position, you'll enjoy a manageable weekly schedule of 35-40 hours, allowing you to focus on what matters most: supporting children's communication development in their crucial early years.
