Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide services during the Extended School Year (ESY) program. This temporary contract position is located in Quincy, MA, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The role offers 30 hours per week, spread over 6 hours daily, Monday through Friday, from July 6, 2025, through August 7, 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy for K-12 students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs. Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations. Participate actively in ESY team meetings and contribute to the continuity of services over the summer period.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Experience working in school settings with K-12 students. Safe Care Certification preferred, enhancing the ability to manage diverse student needs safely. Strong communication and organizational skills.
