MOHAWK TRAIL REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT
Buckland Shelburne Elementary School 2026-2027 School Year Speech Language Pathologist - Buckland-Shelburne Elementary School is seeking a 1.0 FTE Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our PK-6 elementary team. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in young learners, helping them build the critical communication skills necessary for academic and social success. Key Responsibilities
Evaluations:
Conduct thorough, standardized speech and language evaluations and assessments.
Therapy Delivery:
Provide direct and indirect therapy services to individuals and small groups, tailored to students' needs.
IEP Management:
Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), monitor student progress, and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
Collaboration:
Partner closely with classroom teachers, parents, and the special education team to integrate speech goals into the general curriculum.
Compliance:
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications
Education:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
Licensure:
Hold or be eligible for a valid Massachusetts SLP license and Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) teacher certification.
Certification:
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply.
Experience:
