e2036-01109 Job Description Make a difference in the lives of students while building your speech-language pathology career in a supportive school setting near Springfield, MA. This contract opportunity is ideal for passionate professionals with skills in pediatric SLP, early childhood, and elementary populations. The position spans the full 20262027 academic year, delivering services to students across K12. Caseload size and complexity are tailored to your expertise and preferences, and youll find options ranging from moderate to profound communication needs. Travel and local SLPs are encouraged to apply, with a welcoming environment that values your commitment and knowledge.
Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active MA SLP license or eligibility ASHA CCCs preferred (CFYs considered) Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities Flexibility to support students in both in-person and virtual settings as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K12 students Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success Maintain thorough documentation in line with school and legal requirements Monitor progress and adjust strategies to encourage growth and participation
