Job Description

What Were Looking For:
Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Clinical experience or strong enthusiasm for working with K-12 populations Ability to conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver engaging therapy in a school environment Solid collaboration skills for working with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student success Organizational excellence and time management to juggle caseloads and documentation efficiently Comfort with both in-person and virtual service delivery (if needed)
What Youll Do:
Deliver speech and language services to K-12 students, adapting strategies to meet individual needs Perform screenings and comprehensive evaluations to identify students requiring intervention Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Maintain detailed records of assessments, progress reports, and therapy sessions Serve as a valued resource for faculty and parents, providing training and guidance as needed Foster a positive, supportive learning environment where every child can find their voice
