Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Are you a dedicated Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist ready to support students' communication skills in a thriving educational setting? An exciting full-time, onsite contract opportunity is available for the 2026/2027 school year, serving a diverse student population near Springfield, MA. This role provides the chance to collaborate within a supportive school environment, make a lasting impact, and engage in rewarding work from August 2026 through June 2027.
Qualifications:
Hold an active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) license (please provide a screenshot for verification) Experience with school-based speech services, including evaluation, therapy, and documentation Bilingual proficiency and cultural competence to work with a diverse student population Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Reliable transportation required for timely onsite attendance Must be able to pass a drug screen, as well as fingerprinting and background (CORI) checks
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized and group speech therapy for students according to IEP requirements Conduct language, voice, and articulation assessments for students across grade levels Develop and maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and reports Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to ensure continuity of care and support Proactively communicate absences or scheduling concerns as needed
