Job Description

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Massachusetts SLP license (required) Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Familiarity with IEP processes and K-12 student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across K-12 caseloads, adapting interventions to diverse individual needs Conduct assessments, document progress, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with school and state guidelines Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed Offer guidance and resources to staff and families to foster positive communication outcomes This role is perfect for professionals seeking a fulfilling contract position in school-based settings, with the flexibility to accommodate your career goalswhether you are looking for full-time engagement or a part-time schedule.
