Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Required Skills and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility for licensure Accepts both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those holding Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Previous experience in a school environment or with pediatric populations preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with students, educators, and families Ability to manage caseloads, conduct assessments, and implement evidence-based therapy plans Proficiency in maintaining documentation and adhering to IEP requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to a diverse student caseload Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver direct and consultative therapy to students, both individually and in group settings Participate in IEP meetings and communicate progress to staff and families Collaborate to support inclusive practices within classrooms and school-wide initiatives Keep thorough and accurate records of all therapy services and student progress This role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally in a supportive atmosphere.
