Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and cognitive-communication disorders. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on each patient's needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment. Record, maintain, and update patient records accurately and in a timely manner.
