In this role, you will provide assessment and treatment services for children with speech, language, communication, feeding, and related disorders. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping children develop the skills they need to communicate effectively and thrive in their daily lives. Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy services. Collaborate with families and caregivers to support carryover of skills across environments. Educate families on communication strategies and home programming. Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries. Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration. Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as applicable. Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and professional regulations. Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field. Current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Experience working with pediatric populations preferred. Strong knowledge of speech, language, social communication, articulation, phonological, fluency, voice, and feeding/swallowing disorders. Excellent assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment planning skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
