Desired Qualifications:
Valid SLP-CCC credential Eligible for state licensure in MA Proven experience with AAC devices Background in school-based or special needs settings Team-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about individualized education plans
Primary Responsibilities:
Direct speech/language services for high school students in a specialized ASD/learning differences program Supervision and mentorship of a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff Develop, implement, and monitor students' Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Incorporate AAC technology and communication strategies to maximize student outcomes
