An exciting contract opportunity is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) in a thriving educational setting near Westfield, MA. This role is dedicated to supporting school-aged students with speech and language needs, working exclusively onsite during the entire school year. Key Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility as CF-SLP Proven experience working in a school-based environment is highly preferred Background in providing speech and language therapy to children and adolescents Proficiency in conducting assessments and evaluations for students Skilled in the development and implementation of IEP goals Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, special education professionals, and other multidisciplinary team members Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language services to diverse student populations within the school setting Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify student needs Develop, implement, and track progress on individualized IEP goals Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and staff to develop student-centric interventions Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with school policies and standards Engage with parents and guardians regarding student progress and recommendations This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), running through June 12, 2027.
