Position Title:
Speech/Language Pathologist
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be an energetic, hardworking individual that believes all students can achieve at high levels. A candidate should be comfortable working as part of a team and have strong oral and written communication skills. A graduate degree, DESE licensure in Speech-Language and Hearing Disorders, MA Board of SLP licensure are required and candidates should have previous experience working with school-aged students. Candidates should also have experience in the following areas: evaluating students using a variety of assessments writing reports writing goals, IEPs, and 504s providing services in both inclusion and pull-out settings working with students with a variety of disabilities AAC and assistive technology
Job Requirements:
Prior experience in a school setting is preferred. Experience working with children with special education needs is preferred. Experience in assessment and development of high quality Individualized Educational Plans preferred. Demonstrate good organizational skills and ability to meet timelines. Appropriate licensure required. At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. Master degree preferred. Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
