Are you a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and their families? Join our team at Creating Connections! We are looking for a skilled and flexible Pediatric Speech Therapist to work across a variety of settings, including home, clinic, and community environments. At Creating Connections, we take a holistic, family-centered approach to therapy, delivering services within naturalistic environments. Our goal is to foster harmony and wellness in both children and their families, supporting meaningful communication and participation in daily life. This role involves developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to each child's unique strengths and needs. We believe in a collaborative, team-based approach, working closely with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of speech, language, social communication, and feeding/swallowing as appropriate. Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to support communication, feeding, and social participation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OTs, parents, teachers, and outside providers) to ensure coordinated care. Provide education and strategies to families, empowering them to support their child's progress across environments. Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans to meet evolving needs. Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards. Actively engage in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development. Qualifications & Skills Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; strong CF candidates will also be considered. Experience working with pediatric populations, with a passion for supporting children and their families. Knowledge of family-centered therapy models and naturalistic treatment approaches. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with children, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams. Flexibility and creativity in designing therapy activities that are engaging and functional. Base Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
