Jobs › Worcester, MA › Speech Therapist Athena Health Care Systems Speech Therapist Worcester, MA Apply We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated per diem Speech Therapist to join our team at Parsons Hill Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Worcester. As a Speech Therapist, you will provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on patients' lives, we encourage you to apply. Weekly pay up to $60 an hour.
Responsibilities:
Screens patients/residents and evaluates them, developing appropriate care plans Provides direct resident treatments in accordance with an established plan of care May perform additional assigned administrative duties, such as assigning and overseeing resident care activities, medical record oversight, and ordering supplies Consults with and trains patients/residents and caregivers Documents activities according to the company's clinical documentation system on a timely basis Demonstrates continuous new learning to remain current in the field
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Speech Therapy Current licensure by the applicable state agency Two (2) years of clinical experience in long-term care preferred CEU's per state licensure requirements New graduates welcome!
Specific Requirements:
