Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

This role is structured as a 1099 contract, ensuring that youre compensated for every hour you contribute.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for the state of Maryland ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous experience in school settings is highly valued Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations Develop and deliver personalized intervention plans Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation Participate in IEP meetings, offering insight and recommendations
