9633272-21811 Job Description Make an enduring impact by supporting elementary students communication growth as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA. This rewarding contract opportunity focuses on providing direct speech and language services to children in PreK3 through 3rd grade, with a manageable caseload of approximately 60 students experiencing mild to moderate needs. Youll work on-site during consistent Monday through Friday hours, 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM, in a collaborative, student-centered environment. Supervision is available for SLPAs, allowing you to further develop your expertise alongside experienced professionals dedicated to making a difference in young lives.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

SLP-CCC credentials or eligibility, OR valid SLPA license Previous experience in a school setting, particularly elementary, is highly valued Confidence working with mild to moderate disabilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to create engaging activities tailored to diverse learning needs Commitment to professionalism and in-person service delivery

Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy to students in PreK3 through 3rd grade Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each students IEP goals Assess speech, language, and communication abilities; document and monitor progress Implement individualized and group interventions that foster academic and social success Participate in student support meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
