  • 48/hour Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team within a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.
This position offers the opportunity to work with residents recovering from illness, injury, neurological conditions, and swallowing disorders while helping them achieve meaningful functional outcomes.
Position Responsibilities:
Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing impairments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals Provide therapy focused on communication skills, cognitive function, and dysphagia management Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families to support continuity of care Monitor progress, update treatment plans, and maintain compliant documentation Why Join Autumn Lake @
