Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Embark on an exciting contract opportunity in a well-supported school setting, serving a diverse K-12 student population as an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC). In this onsite-only position, you'll collaborate closely with faculty and families, helping students achieve their communication goals within a caring educational community. This full-time role covers the academic year and is designed for those who thrive in a collaborative school-based environment.
Qualifications & Preferred Background:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active CCC credentials Valid and active Maryland SLP license required Prior experience working within Maryland school systems highly desirable Strong knowledge of school-based treatment and IEP process Ability to manage a varied K-12 caseload Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students across K-12 settings Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement individualized therapy Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reports Engage caregivers and educators in the therapy process for optimal student outcomes Adhere to state and federal guidelines, ensuring ethical and compliant service delivery Perks for
