Job Description

Chestertown Nursing and Rehab Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) help residents find their voice again, whether it's expressing needs, holding conversations, or simply enjoying a meal. Through deep collaboration with the care team, they tailor treatment that restores vital connections between communication, identity, and quality of life. Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Requirements and Responsibilities:
Master's degree in communication disorders from an accredited program Current state license and ASHA certification (as applicable) Successful completion of Clinical Fellowship Year Evaluate speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing function Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate records and ensure alignment with physician directives Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
