$54-$59 per hour (based on experience) Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all school and district requirements Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams as needed Requirements Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathology License (Required) Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous school-based experience strongly preferred Ability to meet all compliance and HR requirements prior to start date Why Join Us?
