Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Recent experience working with K-12 students, preferably in school settings Strong assessment and therapy skills for speech, language, and communication disorders Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities Ability to manage a caseload and complete required documentation efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students identified with communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with special education teams Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students across all grade levels (K-12) Maintain thorough records of student progress and prepare reports in accordance with school and regulatory standards Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions Provide guidance and resources to staff and families to support student communication skills in both school and home environments This position offers three full-time openings, providing a chance to connect with a diverse student body in a school-based setting.
