Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving a supportive school district as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) working with a diverse K-12 student population. This onsite position offers the chance to make a lasting difference in students' lives throughout the academic year, in an environment that values professional growth, collaboration, and high-quality care.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Valid, active Maryland SLP license required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) Prior experience working in Maryland schools highly preferred Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Passion for fostering student growth and partnering with educators and families
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals and district protocols Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize student success Participate in team meetings, evaluations, and professional development opportunities Maintain thorough and timely documentation for all services provided Enjoy the
