Key Qualifications:
Valid MD State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC) required Previous school-based SLP experience preferred Ability to manage a caseload of 35-45 students Excellent communication and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student success Participate in virtual interviews and training Maintain detailed documentation for student progress
