About the Role We are seeking a neuroaffirming pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist who values child-led, strengths-based intervention and enjoys working within a holistic, transdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is playful, nurturing, flexible, and committed to building strong relationships with children and families. Experience with play-based approaches such as DIR/Floortime and an understanding of sensory processing are preferred, but we welcome passionate clinicians who are eager to learn and grow. Responsibilities Conduct speech, language, and feeding evaluations using standardized and criterion-referenced assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths, needs, and goals. Provide one-on-one speech, language, and feeding therapy using evidence-based practices. Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals. Participate in co-treatment sessions with occupational therapists. Lead speech and language groups, dyads, and seasonal camps as needed. Complete timely documentation, progress reports, and treatment notes. Contribute to a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current Maryland licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Strong interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills. Experience working with pediatric clients preferred. CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply. Schedule We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist.
Clinicians may choose between:
Four 10-hour days per week, or Five 8-hour days per week Flexible scheduling is available based on client and clinic needs.
