Qualifications:

Active SLP or SLPA license Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings Commitment to evidence-based practices and professional development Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and caregivers Deliver direct therapy and support services to students individually and in group settings Maintain thorough records and document progress to support student success Work closely with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support Engage families and school staff, offering guidance and resources as needed What to
