Position Overview:

We are seeking two dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team for the upcoming academic year. This is a full-time, onsite position serving a K-12 student population. The ideal candidates will be passionate about supporting students' communication needs and collaborating with educational staff to foster student success.

37.5 hours per week

Assignment Duration:

August 10, 2026 - June 17, 2027

Setting:

School-based (Onsite only)

Caseload:

K-12 students

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) Provide direct therapy services and track student progress Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines

Qualifications:

Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License required Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Why Join Us?
