Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology Valid Maryland state licensure and certifications Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred Passion for supporting student growth and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech therapy services in a full-time (35 hours per week) capacity Manage a caseload of 22 students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Monitor and document student progress to ensure positive outcomes
