Job Description

Take your expertise as a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) to the next level by supporting elementary students in a vibrant school community. This contract position offers a rewarding opportunity to collaborate with educators and families, making a meaningful difference in students communication development.
Key Qualifications:
Active Maryland SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience providing speech and language services in school settings, preferably at the elementary level Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and report writing Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Compassion and enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders according to state and federal guidelines Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs Maintain accurate and timely documentation of service delivery and student progress Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support students educational goals Provide recommendations for classroom modifications and strategies to promote communication success
