Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active SLP licensure in Maryland (or willingness to obtain) Previous experience with high school students preferred Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) Effective communication, compassion, and adaptability
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to a small high school caseload Develop and implement intervention plans, aligned with IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for student success Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
