Desired Qualifications:

Valid Maryland SLP License Maryland teaching certification Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) School-based experience preferred Strong leadership and supervisory skills Ability to work onsite or in a hybrid arrangement (supervision requirements)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy and evaluations for a caseload of 20 students Supervise and mentor an SLPA in daily practice Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Develop and implement effective IEP plans Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
