Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Supporting a diverse caseload, you'll play a key role in enriching students' educational experiences and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current SLP-CCC certification Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in Maine Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred Strong communication and organizational abilities Adaptable, with a commitment to inclusive, student-focused practices
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs Provide direct therapy services for articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders Collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers Contribute to IEP processes, accompanying evaluations and progress reports Document sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines Offer support and recommendations to staff and families regarding speech/language development This full-time, full-school-year contract lets you make a tangible impact in students' day-to-day learning and growth, working within a supportive school community.
