2026-2027 Job Overview Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), or Clinical Fellow (CFY) for the 2026-2027 school year. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule of 3 days per week or up to full-time hours while supporting elementary-aged students in a collaborative school environment.
Position Details Flexible schedule:
3 days per week up to full-time hours Assigned to 1 school site Student population: Kindergarten through 5th
Grade Caseload:
Approximately 29 students Responsibilities The selected candidate will perform a variety of speech-language services, including: Conducting speech and language assessments and evaluations Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans Providing direct speech-language therapy services Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with school requirements Collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff to support student success Qualifications Active Maine SLP License required SLP, SLPA, and CFY candidates are encouraged to apply Previous school-based experience preferred but not required Strong communication and collaboration skills
