Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic contract position for the 2026-2027 school year as a Speech-Language Pathologist, providing essential support to students in K-12th grade. Engage with diverse learners and collaborate closely with educational teams to foster students' communication skills and academic growth.
Qualifications & Experience Desired:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist Previous experience in a school-based setting supporting K-12 students Ability to develop and implement IEP goals and speech-language interventions Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Passion for making a positive impact in students' educational journeys
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across K-12 grade levels Develop individualized treatment plans and IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services, in both group and one-on-one settings Maintain documentation in compliance with state, federal, and district requirements Communicate student progress and recommendations to educators, families, and staff Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning Adapt therapy methods to meet diverse student needs and make learning engaging This full-time contract opportunity lets you immerse yourself in a supportive school environment, surrounded by colleagues who value student growth and well-being.
