Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote Important Note About Work Location:
Our students require a wide variety of speech intervention including hi-tech AAC. A Remote Therapist would require extensive knowledge of AAC in order to be considered.
Remove therapist must be fully licensed with CCCs
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services
Support low and high-tech AAC systems
Integrate communication strategies into school environments
Maintain detailed session documentation
Monitor progress and complete quarterly updates
Contribute to report cards and progress reports
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families
Train and support staff and caregivers
Position Details
12-month, full-time position with Monday through Friday, daytime hours
Consistent, year-round employment
Collaborative, team-oriented environment
Remote clinicians receive full technology and onboarding support
AAC tools and learning opportunities readily available
Requirements
Fully licensed SLP or Clinical Fellow in the state of Maine
Strong team collaborator committed to high-quality, compassionate care
Experience with moderate to severe communication needs is preferred and required for remote work
