Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity providing speech-language pathology services to K-12 students for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position allows you to make a significant impact in a supportive educational environment while working with dynamic students who will benefit from your expertise as an SLP with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Valid state license (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience working in schools or with children preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills Ability to provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain detailed records
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy sessions Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment Monitor, document, and report on student progress, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team planning sessions
