Speech-Language Pathologist - Per Diem

Engage Senior Therapy is now hiring a passionate geriatric focused Per Diem Speech Therapist at our partner Assisted Living Facility in Wiscasset, ME. In this role, you will determine appropriate speech therapy care and treatment for a geriatric population at a wide range of functional levels. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple locations, providing speech therapy services to a diverse range of patients. Your Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs Provide care with a high level of independence in assisted living communities, while always supported by the broader Engage team for guidance and resources Provide patient and caregiver education to support therapy goals Accurately document care using EMR in compliance with state and facility standards

About You:
