K-12 School District (Extended School Year - ESY) Soliant Health is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an Extended School Year (ESY) contract opportunity in the Adrian, Michigan area. This position offers the opportunity to support K-12 students with diverse communication needs in a collaborative educational environment. We are seeking candidates with experience providing speech-language services in school settings and familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices. Whether you are an experienced CCC-SLP or a motivated Clinical Fellow (CFY), we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Provide speech-language therapy services to K-12 students during the ESY program Conduct evaluations and reassessments as needed Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Support students with speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication needs Utilize and support Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP implementation and student support planning
Qualifications Required:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist License Experience working with pediatric populations Knowledge of AAC devices and communication systems Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred:
