Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Travel A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience in schools is needed for the 2026-2027 school year to support approximately 50 students. This role offers flexible scheduling options, including full-time or part-time positions, and involves travel to Adrian, MI. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians with certifications such as CCC-SLP or those currently completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) focused on school-based therapy. Experience working with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices is highly valued, as it will enhance the ability to support students with complex communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of around 50 students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support. Administer assessments and document progress in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Utilize AAC devices and other communication tools to maximize student outcomes.Qualifications:
Current SLP licensure and relevant certification (CCC-SLP preferred). Experience or training in school-based speech-language pathology. Familiarity with AAC devices and strategies to support diverse communication needs. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to travel to and work within the Adrian, MI school district.Benefits:
