We're seeking a motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled therapy services and help patients achieve meaningful improvements in communication, cognition, and swallowing. What You'll Do Complete speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Provide skilled therapy and monitor patient progress Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, and other members of the care team Educate patients, families, and caregivers as appropriate Help patients reach their highest level of function and independence What You Bring Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Michigan SLP license ASHA certification or eligibility Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills A patient-centered approach and desire to make a difference Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is a plus Why Concept Rehab?
